Thank you for shopping at Poolgearx.com We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within  7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We'll let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
